I work directly with Chinese suppliers on behalf of importers who need reliable sourcing but don't have someone on the ground managing it — finding and vetting factories, negotiating price and terms, and coordinating logistics and customs so goods actually arrive as agreed.

I also spent time inside a Chinese manufacturer's export operation, which shaped how I think about the supplier side of these relationships.
